How would you describe yourself or your work in one sentence?

Where Every Person is Equal.

Tell us a little about what you do

We are a Psychosocial Ndis provider who specialises in Diversity, both with our clientele and workers.
We advocate and role model diversity and safe space.

What impact or achievement are you most proud of this year?

We Employ many people who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and work side by side with participants whom have psychosocial and neurodiverse barriers many of which are also part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Rainbow Hollow offer Person-Centred Services tailored to individuals needs that ensure a culturally safe and stigma-free environment.

We attend Pride March yearly to represent being ally's of the community

We Lead an inclusive Yardball program within the community, specifically targeting inclusivity
