All guest details must be complete at the time of submission and received by 11 May 2026. Placeholder names or incomplete information will not be accepted and may delay processing. Ensure all 10 seats are accounted for in one submission. You can also include any accessibility requirements, including mobility access, seating needs, Auslan interpretation, or other support. We review every submission carefully and will do our best to accommodate requests within the final seating plan.
