How would you describe yourself or your work in one sentence?
Supporting trans and non-binary people to feel confident, authentic, and at ease in their voice.
Tell us a little about what you do
We provide gender-affirming voice and communication support for trans and non-binary people, helping them develop a voice that feels aligned with who they are. Through a combination of clinical expertise and a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, we support clients to build confidence, reduce dysphoria, and feel more at ease expressing themselves in everyday life. Services are offered both in-person and via telehealth, increasing access to care for trans and non-binary people, including those living in regional and rural communities.
What impact or achievement are you most proud of this year?
Alongside providing 1:1 gender-affirming voice and communication services, we have delivered free workshops to community groups, extending support, education, and access to those who might not otherwise be able to engage with these services.
Why does your work matter to the community?
Many trans and gener diverse people face barriers to accessing gender-affirming voice care. Our work provides vital support that helps individuals feel confident, affirmed, and at home in their voice, which can positively impact mental health, social participation, and overall well-being. By offering services in-person, via telehealth, and through free community workshops, I aim to create accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed spaces where everyone can explore and express their authentic voice.
What would you like voters to know when voting for you?
Because every trans and non-binary person deserves to feel at home in their own voice - and we help make that happen. Our work celebrates authenticity, joy, and self-expression, giving people the tools and confidence to be heard. Through workshops, 1:1 sessions, and telehealth support, we help break down barriers, build confidence, and create meaningful change in the community.
