The South Australian Rainbow Advocacy Alliance (SARAA) is a driving force for equality, inclusion and better health outcomes for LGBTQIA+ people in South Australia. Through community-led advocacy, SARAA works to remove barriers in healthcare, influence inclusive policy and amplify queer voices where it matters most.
From championing mental health and sexual health initiatives to calling for systemic change across health services and sport, SARAA’s work is rooted in lived experience, compassion and a deep sense of justice. They ensure the health and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ communities is not only recognised but prioritised.
Through education, advocacy and action, SARAA continues to build a future where every LGBTQIA+ South Australian can live well, be seen and be safe.
